IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER...

  • Attendees are required to select sessions at the time of registration. Please review the Conference Schedule on the website before you begin registration.
  • WOTS is held in a community center, not a hotel or conference facility. We advise those staying in a hotel, Bed-and-Breakfast, or Airbnb property to plan ahead for transportation to and from the Frances Anderson Center. WOTS does not offer a shuttle service. Information regarding accommodations and how to get to Edmonds is available on the Travel and Accommodations page.
  • It is always best to register for the conference before booking travel. We understand prices for flights vary and that attendees want to take advantage of best possible rates when they are available. But, you also do not want to be left with a flight you cannot ultimately use. If the conference is sold out, you can be placed on a wait list, but we cannot give priority to those who purchased flight tickets before registering for the conference.
  • Wait lists for Friday workshops, Saturday and Sunday conference days, and manuscript critique appointments are available on a first come, first served basis after the conference sells out. We do not offer wait lists for individual Saturday and Sunday sessions. Call 425-771-0228 during regular business hours (PDT) for information or to be placed on a wait list.
